Dr. Boaz has golden hands. I had seen two orthopedic doctors for excruciating pain in my left knee due to running. After two misdiagnoses, I decided to see Boaz who pinpointed my issue and helped remedy it right away with ART therapy. I went from being unable to run merely one mile (because of the pain) to being able to run six in a matter of weeks. Dr. Boaz is amazing!!!

Dr. Boaz has helped me so much! I got whiplash from being rear ended, and had a very stiff neck and a lot of pain in my back. The tension headaches were killer, and really prevented me from studying, cooking- basically doing anything but lying down & crying. Dr. Boaz patiently worked through my muscles and stretched them out- he was very thorough and careful, and I felt very safe with my neck in his hands! On top of it all, he is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person that really wants to make you comfortable & listens to what you need. I knew he was exceptional when the night I first contacted him, he responded thru text even though it was his off time- he truly treats his patients as family. The office receptionists are really nice and helpful too- he is not affiliated with any insurance company but they help you set up everything you need to get refunded by your insurance company. I’ll miss my time here when it’s over, but I know I’ll have a flexible & strong neck to show for it 🙂 thank you Dr. Boaz!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Boaz now for a while now for whiplash related injuries to my cervical spine. This injury was from a car accident I was in nearly 4 years ago. Prior to Dr. Boaz, I had tried 6 months of chiropractics, and 8 months of regular physical therapy twice a week, with tons of money spent and no significant difference in pain level. After trying Aspire Health and Wellness, I can truly say that it has changed my quality of life for the better. I am amazed at Dr. Boaz’s ability to address problem areas and treat efficiently and quickly. Not only is he professional, you can tell he really cares about his work and how his patients are doing. He goes above and beyond to accommodate to his patients’ schedules. I am still in the healing process, but now I only go to PT once a month!

Dr. Boaz is a miracle worker! I decided to give him a try after hearing so many great reviews from my friends.  My right knee hurts me constantly. I am a hairdresser so I stand all day and  I also crossfit. So it is very inconvenient when it starts acting up. Dr. Boaz was able to asses the issues. He worked on the problems but also gave me ways I can help it at home.  He truly cares about the well being of his clients. He always follows up with me to see how my knee is doing.  And is very easy to schedule with. I would recommend him to anyone!

Several months ago I was getting treatment for a sciatica pain in my left buttock and leg. I had been to  another office getting PT and chiropractor adjustments. I was not seeing the needed results to rid myself of the constant pain. I then started to visit Dr. Boaz in early July and within several weeks the sciatica was all but gone and I had full function and range of movement as before the issue began. I am in the final phase of treatment and will continue to visit Dr. Boaz on a reduce maintenance schedule as needed. Thank you Dr. Boaz for getting me back to normal.

At the beginning of this year, Dr. Boaz started treating me for a fall that I sustained during a trail run with my dog. He also worked on a 10 year old shoulder injury that I was just living with. I was amazed at how quickly I began to feel better. His ability to assess and treat my injuries was different than any other PT that I had been to. The ART and laser treatments have helped me get back to running pain free, and I have full range of motion in my shoulder, which has allowed me to try new and challenging forms of exercise. Thanks to him, I just completed my first half marathon and am looking forward to joining a cross-fit gym. As a mom of 2 teenagers, I never thought I could get back into the shape that I’m in today. I just decided to stop living with pain and to give this treatment a try, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. If you have any body issues that are keeping you from enjoying life and continuing in the sport that you love, he is definitely the one to see.
